A non-profit organization founded in 2006 by top CEOs in the country,
PBEd is the business community’s response to the need for consensus in education reform.
We are committed to bringing people together in pushing for an educational system instrumental in national development.
We believe that K to 12 can bring the Philippines up to par with the rest of the world, and support its effective implementation. We facilitate the dialogue among key stakeholders in order to address the various challenges that come with such a systemic reform.
We see education as a function of teaching excellence, and thus strive to improve teacher development systems. We also seek the best and the brightest to join the teaching profession via scholarship grants across the country.
We engage industry, academe, and government to equip graduates with competencies grounded on industry needs and directions. We forge stakeholder partnerships that develop individuals who can readily contribute to national competitiveness.
