The Covenant Car Company – Chevrolet Philippines (TCCCI) presented a check of P250,000 to Philippine Business for Education (PBEd) in support of improving teacher quality in Philippine schools.

Last December 2010, Chevrolet Philippines invited its most valuable friends, partners and supporters to Chevrolet for a Cause. It was a Christmas Dinner Event held at the Tower Club Makati in hopes of giving back to society. It was on that night that TCCCI Chairman, Mr. Jose L. Cuisia, announced that Chevrolet Philippines will donate P25,000 for each Chevrolet Suburban sold from January to February 2011 to PBEd for its 1000 Teachers Program, a scholarship campaign that seeks to attract the best and the brightest into the teaching profession.
